It looks different…
This computer won’t let me format the post all nice and neat like I know you guys like it. Since we can all get past it, (but only this one time) let’s focus on the differences between the two workouts. What will separate those who do the L1 and the L2 will be experience. Spending time at the gym, paying attention to the coaches, focusing on the lifts, and paying your experiential dues will play a big role in which workout you perform today. All of these factors apply still to those within the same group and will separate those who crush the workout with those who just make the time cut. If you want to move up in the gym, you gotta take all of those things and more into consideration.
Happy Monday everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!,
CG
